Reservation Policy

The order of reservation is completed upon payment either in cash or deposit in a bank deposit account up to 25% of the total cost of the stay (for several overnights definitely equal to the cost of the first one). Article 2 of the Law 1652/30-10-1986 (Govern. Gazette F 167 A΄).

Cancellation Policy

In case you wish to cancel the reservation you are entitled to a refund of the deposit if you notify at least 21 days prior to arrival (any additional expense is to be paid by you). Otherwise the deposit is not refunded. Article 3 of the Law 1652/30-10-1986 (Govern. Gazette F 167 A΄).

Compensation

In case of departure prior of the date stated upon the reservation you should pay for half of the uncovered remaining cost of the stay. Article 8 of the Law 1652/30-10-1986 (Govern. Gazette F 167 A΄).
